THE BIOGAS
The biogas is a combustible gas produced in natural environments or in specific buildings, to the degradation of the organic matter to aerobiosis conditions. The biogas basic component is the methane which confers the combustible properties.
It is produced with high organic matter materials, like some industrials effluents, industrial-food waste or urban solid waste. The biogas is used principally to produceelectric energy and steam.
Thanks to the biogas plant and the connection with the Hay Dryer EDMU, the farm can recover the Heat produced from the electric co-generator cooling process.
By adding an exchanger section to the heating-ventilation section, we can use the hot water produced during the motor cooling of the biogas plant and create hot air to dry the Hay bales.
