- The ones who surf the website without registration;
- The ones who register in the website and take advantage of the services provided online by the controller
The present informative report regards only this website and not other websites visited by the users through links present in this website. The company does not respond for illegal treatment of the data by third parties.
2. Typology of data treated
Navigation data
The informatic system and the procedures for the functioning of the Website acquire (during the consultation of the Website itself) some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the internet communication protocols. They are information, which are not collected to be associated with the user, but for their nature, they could allow (through elaborations and crossings with other data) the identification of the interested party. In this category of data are included IP addresses, pc domain names of people connected on the website, URL addresses of the resources requested, the time of request, the dimension of the file obtained and the server code number of the answer and other parameters such as the operating system and the IT environment of the user.
Data provided by the users
Providing personal data by the user is optional but is necessary for Mo.Net and ART to satisfy the users’ requests concerning the functionalities of the Website. In all cases, before going on with the activation of a specific service, the necessary informative report will be provided and the request of the consent to the collection and treatment of personal data when necessary. The missing consent or the partial or inexact supply of the personal data necessary to the satisfaction of the requested service (marked with *) doesn’t allow the company to fulfill it. Yet, the partial or inexact supply of the non-compulsory data, does not lead to any consequence.
3. Purpose and method of processing personal data
The personal data provided will be processed, in respect of the conditions of lawfulness art. 6 of the UE Regulation 2016/679, for the following purposes:
- The users’ navigation data will be used with the only purpose of obtaining statistic information about the use of the Website – legit interest, which is the legal basis of the treatment;
- Any possible request of contact, by sending information to users - legit interest, which is the legal basis of the treatment;
- With prior written consent and until its revocation: for marketing activity of the controller such as newsletters, market research or other researches and direct sell to receive the consent which is the legal basis of this treatment. This through electronic mail, telefax, mms, sms, phone calls or post, information material to understand the degree of satisfaction, promotional/commercial material, advertisement, or material about events and initiatives from the controller.
4. Methods of the processing
The personal data is treated with automated instruments for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they have been collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of the data, its illicit or incorrect use or not authorized access.
5. Data’s communication
The personal data treated will be known only by the subjects explicitly authorized by the controller and they could be shared with others that will deal with them as controllers or owners. More precisely, data will be shared with: subjects which provide services for the management of the informatic system and telecommunication networks, emails and newsletters included, subjects which cooperate with the controller for direct marketing activities; competent authorities to fulfill legal obligations or orders from public authorities.
6. Data transfer outside UE territory and guarantees
The personal data will not be transferred in countries outside the European Union. In case of necessity of a transfer outside the EU, data will be transferred in third countries and/or international organizations that the EU commission consider as suitable for this purpose (art. 45 Reg. EU 2016/679).
7. Period of the conservation of the data and criterions to determine this period
Personal data collected will be conserved in a way that permits the identification of the people concerned for a period not greater than the necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they have been collected. In particular, for the conservation of personal data, the period will depend on the purpose of the treatment:
- Surfing on the Website (see cookies’ policy);
- For requests of contact, reception of newsletters or generic promotional communications by email, the period of conservation will be of fifteen (15) years;
- Unless other periods set in specific reports.
8. Users rights
Users could assert their rights as indicated in art. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of EU Reg. 2016/679, by addressing to the controller of the data at the email address: info@climair50.com.
In particular, users have the right to ask to access their personal data, to correct them, cancel them or limit the treatment. Furthermore, they have the right to oppose at any moment to the treatment of their data (included automatic treatments, such as profiling), and to the portability of their data. Except for other jurisdictional appeals, if the user believes that the treatment of his data infringe what written on EU Reg. 2016/679, he has the right to lodge a complaint with the European Data Protection Supervisor.
With reference to the art. 6 paragraph 1, letter a), paragraph 2, letter a), the user has the right to revoke at any time the consent given previously. In case of request of portability of the data, the controller of the data will provide the user the personal data that concern him/her in a structured format (of common use and readable and from an automatic device).
