The biomass boiler “Thermic Bear”, produced by Clim.Air.50 s.r.l., has been designed to be installed both inside and outside a building, thanks to a weather proof cover. These are “plug & play” systems, that means they are ready to be used a few hours after delivery and having been previously tested by our firm. The THB boilers have a hopper to contain the biomass (woodchip, pellet or sawdust, vine’s prunings, etc..) with a proper cover with hydraulic opening, or with a sliding roof. An auger system transports the biomass from the hopper to the heating section where the following components are sited: the brazier with the heat exchanger to warm the air, the dust collector to recover dust and evacuate smoke, the LAMBDA probe, the control panel with PLC that monitors the automatic functioning of the heating system and the security systems electrical/hydraulic and fire-fighting). In addition, the THB biomass boilers, allow a high saving of gasoil, LPG, charcoal, etc..because of the use of the biomass.
